STEPS OF COOKING
Boil the noodles for 5 mins the fry the onion for 2 mins in high flame then add noodles & NDH chowmein/Thukpa/Pasta masala 2-tablespoons then add NDH DRY garlic , NDH Dry ginger powder then fry in low flame then serve with green chilly
